Purchase Order Process
Need to Knows
1) Purchase orders are in Mrs. Bailey's office.
She has to personally put her initials on each PO. She then has to enter each PO in a tracking spreadsheet.
2) If you need to purchase something, Mrs. Bailey is who you see for the PO.
3) If you need to order something from Amazon.com, you will need to take the completed PO to Mrs. Johnson. She will then place your Amazon.com order or your Walmart order. Online Walmart orders need to be for emergencies ONLY. We have several people on staff who live in Harrison and who would be willing to pick up orders if needed.
4) Our GOAL is to use purchase orders as much as possible, NOT CREDIT CARDS. This year we have 3 credit cards, next year we will have only one. The majority of companies do take PO #s.

Professional Development forms are in Mrs. Bailey's office as well. She will help walk you through the process. Once you have permission to attend the professional development, (The form is completed and you have a copy.) Attach the copy to your staff absence report.
